ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Lauren.

Growing up in Austin Texas, I have watched my beautiful hometown grow into a thriving, booming city with plenty of opportunities. When I discovered coaching, I realized it was exactly what I wanted to do, and that this growing city was the perfect place to do it. From there, I began building my business from the ground up.

What makes my coaching unique?

Every life coach’s practice is influenced by who they are. My personal strengths that I bring to the table make my practice an inherently unique one, just as each of my clients make each session unique. On top of that, my methodology that uses a healthy blend of research and compassion, which set it apart from that of other coaches. A big systemic flaw with our world is that people rarely lead with empathy or authenticity, and we’re all starving for it. In my practice, this is what I lead with. And it’s one part of why coaching works so well.

My role as a coach is to do one thing: to empower my clients to achieve what they’ve never thought was within reach.

My Coaching Training

I completed my coaching training through the Life Coach Training Institute (LCTI). The LCTI is the largest accredited training academy for Life Coaches in North America.

My Education and Experience

I attended college at the College of Wooster prior to the pandemic, and started my career in the service industry before discovering coaching. And yes, I do have plenty of funny customer service stories.

MY COACHING METHOD

  • Goal Oriented

Coaching is all about reaching your goals. We’ll begin by turning your vision of your life into a series of measurable, achievable, time based goals, and making a game plan to achieve them.

  • Supportive

As a coach, I believe that my clients have all the tools, knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their goals. My goal as a coach is to provide a supportive, uplifting space for my clients.

  • Mindset Driven

One of the most important aspects of coaching is the belief that one’s mindset can either uplift them, or hold them back. In coaching, my clients use this to their advantage by adopting an empowering mindset.
